Where do I begin? Well, I'll just say this, we started itching as soon as we lay on the bed. The pillows look older than us. The stains on then linen is scary gross. And, how many drugs have been done in there to acquire that many burns on the nightstands??? Overall, NO.

This is not an ideal location for comfort. My first room had someone's personal belongings, the toilet did not work, and there were no sheets on the bed. I received a new room that had not been cleaned, let alone sanitized, fecal mayter in the toilet, food residue in the fridge and on the headboard, and dirt buildup in the bathtub. I scheduled a clean for the room and the assigned cleaner told me to clean the carpet, said she had too many rooms to clean, and only cleaned the tub and toilet. The toils was cleaned successfully, the tub was not. She did not change the trash, and the ac unit in the room had to be taken apart to be cleaned. I went here and looked at the room before committing it was the last room available. It was only my daughter and I. The room was nice and clean so I committed. Once inside I noticed there weren't any bath towels but after bringing all my bags inside and a pizza box I noticed something crawling fast along the side of my suitcase and I thought what was that? I moved my suitcase and the bug took off I stepped on it and seen that it was a cockroach. I took all my bags out immediately and went to the lobby for a refund. I was charged a $25.00 cancelation fee. I have never stayed at hotel that had cockroaches before and this experience has made me distrustful of future hotels. Had the unfortunate pleasure to book a room. First room smelled like an ash tray, asked to be moved to a different room, got a room upgrade to the executive suite the room looked like it had not been cleaned from a previous user. The tv was on, the floor was full of towels and the bed was a mess. Gave them another chance got a different room and it was the same, the bed had cigarette holes on it the room looked dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. Left the place and was not able to get my deposit back because I canceled. 10 out of 10 would not recommend anyone staying there.

This was the nastiest place I have ever been in in my life. There was blood in the sink. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. There were burn holes all over the bedding. I went back to the front desk and told them I could not stay there. They refused to give me my money back. There was no way I could lay down in that filth.
