Bunkhouse Motel

In town for a dirt bike race, it’s an annual thing and the owner almost gave our reservations away due to a locals family member passing. Not very happy after driving 12+ hours. Us folk from out of town bring some good money and we don’t ask for much, not very cool when we bring almost 9 or 10 of us to stay here.

We came up to Floydata to go crane hunting. The room was clean and breakfast was great. We loved our stay at the bunkhouse. The manager is great, she is very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. My kids loved staying here. Can't wait to come back next year. Thank you again for everything.

Drive all the way from Colorado Springs to arrive and be told they gave our rooms away. Luckily we got a room - but the other 5 guys in our group didn’t. Rest assured the town council of Floydada will get a letter. As Vice Chair of a large racing organization, we bring a large contingent to this area 3 times a year. We have choice where we spend our money - a lot of it. I guess the local economy doesn’t need us.

BUGS EVERYWHERE! Dozens of dead bugs all over floor and live bugs crawling around, both the floor and the bathroom. The wooden bed frame and nightstand had termites and I was having to squish bugs all night long and barely got any sleep. Did not feel comfortable at all, extremely dirty, cheap, bad motel. Worst motel I've ever stayed in - they need to be fined and shut down.

I wish I had taken pictures of this disgusting place. Towels soiled & stained. Had to use them to step into shower floor. Note on bathroom mirror says makeup on towels will be $20 per incident. I wouldn't use those towels on my face. Thank God the town had a Family Dollar. All rooms smelly. Multiple rooms rented for a family reunion stay. PSA; ASK TO SEE UR RM B4 U PAY! NO REFUNDS!!
