Bunkhouse Cabins

This is an absolutely wonderful property. The setting is so lovely, peaceful, and pastoral, with beautiful trees, and chickens and goats, and with cattle and horses in neighboring fields. Karen is always a fantastic host and is extremely responsive if there are any questions. When you arrive, everything is always spotless. The kitchen is very well-equipped with anything and everything you might need. The property is located close (about 10 minutes away) to the HITS horse show grounds, and the Bunkhouse cabin, which has 4 bedrooms, each with a number of beds and bunks, and 3 bathrooms, is a great choice for a family or group of clients who are planning to horse show there. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying again next year!

I just want to say wow. We tend to travel places a few times a year and this is by far the most relaxing, clean place. My daughter and I have allergies to dust and even with all their beautiful country decor we didn’t sneeze once. (We sometimes sneeze in our home after vacuuming!! LOL!!). The grounds are meticulously kept, beautiful to sit and relax outside. My kids LOVED all the swings on the trees. They were so fun and kept them entertained for hours. I was able to bring groceries and had a fully stocked kitchen, even a crock pot and high end coffee pot! I will definitely stay here again. This would be a great place for a group of friends/family as they have a lot of very comfortable memory foam beds. You won’t regret staying here!!! Really enjoyed our recent stay at the bunkhouse for a girls weekend. The property provided plenty of room for all 15 of us. It was exceptionally clean and we just loved the decor. The location was perfect as well. We spent the morning tubing on Rainbow River, just a 20 minute drive, and the rest of our weekend enjoying the beautiful grounds of the bunkhouse relaxing in one of the patio swings, playing corn hole and sitting by the bonfire after dark to watch the beautiful country sky for shooting stars. The owners, Karen and Jim, were wonderful and couldn’t have done anything more to make our girls weekend more special. I highly recommend this location.

Great place to go. Took a group of 10 teenagers and 2 adults. The kids had the best time. Away from video games and their phones. Got to spend a wonderful weekend having some old school fun. Plenty of room for a football game, Slip and slide and other yard type of games. Karen was great with the kids she allowed the kids to feed and play with the goats and chickens on the property. And it's an easy drive to the rainbow river. Highly recommend going. And the house was beautiful with very comfortable beds. House had everything you need to cook and serve food. Even had a waffle maker!

We stayed here with a big group of friends. It’s a great place to get away and just be in nature. Plenty of accommodation. Karen and her husband Jim were very hospitable and kind. I love that she brought her goats out to play with and even let me hold a chicken!!! Their property is beautiful and serene. We enjoyed the campfires!
