Bullfrog Adventures

Such an amazing experience!! Bullfrog adventures is going to be an annual trip for sure! The owners are amazing and super friendly. Its about a 2-2.5 hour trip down the river. Somw amazingly beautiful scenery! I cant wait to go back!

We had a wonderful night camping here! The sites are well spaced and sized with plenty of privacy. However, we went on opening weekend, so we ended up having the entire campground to ourselves! Tammy and Steve are great hosts, and are very knowledgeable about the area. On our second day there, we rented a canoe, which we were able to launch from a boat launch right across the street from the campground, and paddled out to a great swimming area on an island. I'd highly recommend Bullfrog Adventures for camping and river trips!

I can’t speak for the experience itself as they couldn’t accommodate in the middle of the summer. I was hoping to do the self guided tubing so I had called to book as their website states reservations were required (specifically: DAILY rentals @ 11:15am by reservation Tuesday thru Sunday.) My call was returned quickly but they stated they would have no one there the day I was looking to book. You would think that would at least be posted on their Facebook page but apparently not. Cannot recommend because it’s the middle of summer and there was zero communication on their website or Facebook page which is poor customer service. UPDATE 9/2025: I appreciate the response. Just an incredible trip. The guides are a wonderful couple that work extremely hard to make a wonderful and safe trip. Comfort and security were reviewed all before the tour and we felt well looked after and cared for. Cannot recommend these beautiful people and their little business more. Thank you for such a great time and experience!

Great family owned business with attention to detail. Our group of 17 had a great time. The little ones were all fitted for their life jackets by the owner. They were waiting for us at the end. It was a nice relaxing float!
