Good sized rooms, kinda of a common style hotel room. A little dated, but clean and pleasant. I had an issue with my room not having hot water from the shower and was quickly moved to a room on the same wing and floor. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, and the maintenance folk were great. The desk staff were always friendly and helpful, they have a welcome packet with recommended local food venues and the ones that can deliver.
It's an extremely dated building with thermostats that keep the room hot no matter what- open the window or you will sweat to death. Room service is pretty inconsistent in how they clean the room (forgetting different things each day). Also the sink is undeniably clogged and brown water is coming out. Bring bottled water.
