Finding an RV park in a retirement area that welcomes kids and pets is almost impossible, but this one has been a gift. Don and his team go above and beyond—fast communication, respectful service, and a calm, safe environment. Amenities are a huge highlight: the heated pool BRAND NEW, is clean and well-kept, the clubhouse is large with plenty of seating and TVs for games, the cornhole area gets used daily, and the laundry room is spotless. There are four free showers around the pool that feel like a small luxury compared to showering in an RV. Sites are roomy with reliable electric that doesn’t surge or trip, and the pet waste stations along the walking paths make it easy for everyone to be courteous. It’s surprisingly quiet, clean, and family-friendly, with Fellsmere PD patrolling at nigh

Very nice, new, clean campground, decent spacing at the sites. Price was reasonable. Had a pool, clean individual shower rooms, corn hole set up to play, laundry facilities, a community room. We saw 2 alligators each day in the retention pond next to the campground, we were here five nights. The only drawback was the road noise, it is very close to I-95.

We stayed at this park to attend the Vero Beach Blues Festival. We stayed from Friday - Monday. The park is a new and clean RV park. Conveniently located at the exit of I-95. Communication was impersonal, but thorough. We didn't take advantage of the new pool, but it was warm and clean. There were plenty of dogs on site, some were not so quiet. One camper had 4 small yappy dogs. There is noise from the interstate, but in S. Florida you will typically have an AC or fan on, which drowns out the noise. I think the park will be beautiful once the trees start growing. The only real negative was that the Wifi was intermittent and there was no cable, so watching TV was iffy.

Right up front: if you are bothered by road noise, do NOT book here. It’s literally at the intersection of I-95 and County Route 512. It’s really, really, really noisy. CR 512 dies down a little bit at night, but I-95 never stops. Some people aren’t bothered by road noise. We are. Other than that, this is a very new campground, and you can tell. Everything is pristine. The layout of the campground is carefully considered and it is neat as a pin. Anybody can dump a load of whatever that seashell/coral/limestone aggregate is to make a pad, but these folks put in edging to contain it. As a result, the paving stays where it belongs, the grass is healthy, and the visual effect is very neat and clean. I’ve never seen that before. And there’s no bare ground to get muddy when it rains. The roads

This place is super nice the facilities are fantastic. The pool is going to be nice once it's here and even better for families. The park is also dog friendly, with stations with bags and trash cans to clean up after your pups. With a couple ponds, a walking trail, and sidewalks to stay safe. Very walkable and well lit.
