Buffalo Run RV Park

This park is in serious need of updating. The bathroom/shower house building lacks AC and was not clean during our visit. The women's door was open for the entire time of our stay. The men's restroom was not clean, lacked soap, and toilet paper. The pull through sites are extremely close together. There were what appeared to be two long term campers. One was very run down with a dog tied up outside the entire time of our stay. Would not recommend staying at Buffalo Run.

Conveniently located off the freeway with a gas station close by. Bathroom was fine. We didn't use the showers. Great for an overnight stop!

On our way from Iowa to Kansas City, we made a late-night reservation and stayed for one night. It’s essentially self-service, but the restrooms and showers were clean. There aren’t any additional amenities or activities to enjoy at the campground.

Thank you Josh for a wonderful stay, and helping us to enjoy an extended stay due to circumstances that we had no control over. It was a very nice place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness and solitude of a place that we could depend on for a temporary home. Josh was always there for us whenever we needed anything. And he was very helpful with hooking up and disconnecting the utilities when he needed to mow. He is an excellent and outstanding gentleman that really cares about his people. Check out Buffalo Run RV Park before you go anywhere else, , you won't be disappointed, and he gives a Veterans discount to honor us veterans.

Owner very accomodating - he suggested a site change to expedite our departure. Perfect distance from the interstate - minimal traffic noise. Clean, quiet place to spend a night while traveling.
