Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino

I had no idea the hotel had been closed and only opens for special events but you can certainly tell. Not a single restaurant or shop is open in the entire hotel, so there is no food for guests and the hotel is just blacked out other than slots. You have to leave the hotel and go across the street to the Primm Casino, and the best option there was the roach coach food parked out front. Ceiling in our room was very stained. Out of the 28 nozzles on our shower head, only 2 were squiring a stream of water. Hotel and room was hot. There was a gross hair and lint ball in the toilet. And there was one cocktail server on the floor of the casino which was the only way to get a drink. Couldn’t find her for over an hour.

Check in time was long. Not enough towels, not working ice machine to call for room service operator doesn't pick up. No shuttle to go to other part of the resort had to walk. No access to swimming pool thought it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather but nope.

The rooms have been updated from back when I came in May, Does NOT smell old and dusty anymore so I like that a lot. Very few slot machines left but I was told upgrades and going to continue so that’s a plus… service is always great here love driving down here for the concerts so worth it.. excited to see this come back to life slowly

The ONLY positive thing was the front desk staff were nice. That’s about it. I don’t think I’ve honestly stayed in this awful of a hotel room before. The bathroom has a leaky shower, there is definitely hair still in the shower it’s nasty. The fan in there is broken so when you turn the light on it makes this horribly loud buzzing sound. Plus the ac thing is literally falling out of the ceiling. Next to that is a big bubble in the ceiling so who knows what kind of mold is there. Also door handle to the bathroom? Yea no that’s also broken in half! Legit no handle! Room was as bare as it could be including wires hanging from the wall where the fire alarm should be so if a fire happens your the last to know… uncomfortable beds and overall just gross.

I was wishing this casino would turnaround but it keeps getting worse. Restaurants are never open other than disgusting Dennys, each week they keep taking out slot machines, and we run into so many issues with redeeming our rewards. This used to be our go-to stop when passing through but the only thing it’s good for nowadays is parking. I can’t imagine this place being open for too much longer and it’s a shame how fast it’s going downhill. Update: It’s officially closed now. All gaming has been moved to the Primm casino across the street and the rest of the amenities are closed. It would be nice if someone could bring this place back to life. It will be missed as a stop for us every time we drive by.
