Budget Rv Park

This place is a great price, cheapest around, water, sewer, power are all paid for. There is a bathroom with a good size shower in it. The owner is awesome!

The manager there is horrible there was and is still spots there he ignored me, never called me back and Majority of the time, I'd go there. He would just ignore me and walk around. He told me there was no spots, but the spots that were open when I went. There still open plus there's more open. I don't think this man needs to be a manager anymore. I'm in a very bad situation. And I explained my situation to him and he still did not want to let me and I was willing to pay up to 4 months worth of rent. Just to stay there. I do not recommend going here.

It provides something incredibly valuable for people who really need it. There isn't a ratings high enough for the Safety and Security of some place to call home. A little motivation for the residents would make it a prettier Place definitely and a better sense of community. It has the capability of changing almost overnight but that's up to the people that live there.

Great. Old time atmosphere. Very small RV park. Pretty quite.

We have try to call the manager there and no one will answer the phone when we did talk to them he said come back in a couple of days and then he don’t show or answer the phone
