Budget Lodge

I like my room but housekeeping is hard to come by here. The room was nice and clean when i arrived. Appliances work but a leaking fridge will hopefully get some attention. Lighting could be better. Cable broadcasting was upgraded after extended local, programming might be scheduled. Coke machine outside. Quiet mostly. Clean well lit parking lot.

Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired:|| Cigarette Odor: The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. The comforter seemed to have absorbed the scent, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. It felt like I was sleeping inside an ashtray. Turning on the heater, made it even worse!|| Lack of Amenities: There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. No hair dryer, extra shampoos or soaps. ||Breakfast: The website states that this hotel has a breakfast, but it does NOT. ||Customer Service: I did complain about the smoke smell, and to their credit, the staff was responsive. Went to management about a roach i found dead Friday morning an then Friday night I get back i seen 3 live ones in the bathroom the room are clean but they definitely have a bug problem

It was nice looking but I felt it was dirty. The bed and blanket had stuff all over it I believe it had not been washed in months. The stove had a glass top which was badly broken. The people who worked there were so nice...

Price is very affordable. However it's advertised to have smoking or non smoking rooms. Yet according to a staff member ALL the rooms are smoked in. The signage advertised free breakfast. However that is absolutely not the case. There was no breakfast offered. You can literally smell what the neighboring rooms smoke. We even had the pleasure of sharing our accommodations with a lone cockroach. The staff was kind and helpful. However the low rate equal low amenities. Although we had a bathroom hot water was slightly scarce. Unless it's the only option I probably won't stay there again. However if you have less than 100.00 you spend you can definitely afford it.
