Budget Inn Valparaiso

It's the Budget Inn located in Niceville. I must say the rooms are cozy and gets the amenities that you need to start the day/evening off right. Also the front desk staff was very helpful in securing my reservation request and seemed to care about their guests. So if you need to stretch a dollar I'd say Budget Inn is a GREAT option

RUN AWAY....DONT BOOK HERE....BED BUGS!!!!!HORRIBLE....DISGUSTING...FILTHY.....INFESTED. I was weary when I walked into the hot room but it was late and my disabled son needed to sleep after a flight cancellation. In the bathroom there were soiled towels in the shower and a huge cockroach on the shower curtain. I slammed the door shut!!! Upon laying down to sleep next to my disabled son, a roach began crawling up my arm. I left, but before we ran out, I went to grab my suitcase and looked down at the other bed and saw that there were actually BED BUGS on the bed skirt. There were huge roaches crawling outside the rooms trying to get in. I thought I was in a horror movie. The owner had selective vision and didn't see anything. He offered another room in the same condition. He refused to giv

Positive: Very friendly staff. Room is very clean with new fixtures. Outside was a getting improved at the time. Negative: Outside image doesn't reflect the interior room.

My experience was excellent. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The location was great. The price was very good compared to other options in the area. They provided an upgrade for a small charge. The room was super spacious and everything I needed to enjoy work and leisure. It may not be the prime location for everyone who may be looking for super amenities; however, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fairly priced, good hotel with a fantastic location.

Warning!! This place is a healt hazard. There is stains in the sheets, there were roaches everywhere, the microwave was filthy and when we complained they blame it on our children. We asked for a refund and the man that was there refused to do it. Long story short we left. My daughter took just a few pictures
