I had a pleasant stay. The room was a large room. Service was nice. The only thing that needs to be changed are the two characters that sleep in the hall and fix that second entrance. But I’d stay there again.
If I reserve a room for 4 people, then I should have 4 towels and washcloths available use, instead they provide me with 2 and I have to go to the front to get more just to be told they are out of 1 or the other. Now I have to wait around for housekeeping to get what I paid for when I should be getting ready for work. The guy working the window has bad customer service as well.
This is an older motel, so do not expect the Ritz. However, the staff, the owners, are phenomenal. The rooms are brightly cleaned. The cleaning staff is awesome. I will recommend this hotel or rather motel to anybody I speak to who is coming down this way. Thank you so much Budget Inn! You guys are the best! I have no idea how anybody could have written a negative review. Thank you again
Close to MCDonalds, next to Pizza place and convenient store,liquor store just across the hotel and walking distance to Naylor RD Metro station.
Very nice, helpful staff and rooms are clean! Great value.
