Budget Inn & Suites

On a general business trip with 1 of my partners, love the fact that it's not too loud and rowdy here, however, this place could use more maintenance men and women to keep up with routine maintenance services, such as landscaping, HVAC and filters along with updated bathrooms, energy efficient appliances for conservation purposes, curtain rods & room decor, I also recommend a kitchen or dining area so visitors (like myself) do not have to leave the room for their meal breaks and a gym to utilize for physical/mental activity purposes. Great hotel, they just need some updates.

Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you need anything stocked or something is wrong with your room they help you right away. Front desk is always ready to help if needed. Location is great lots of nearby food and shopping.

I stay here once a week with my boyfriend. I read the old reviews and have to say they dont have bugs anymore. Ive been there over a dozen times and hav not seen 1. I wish the internet was better to stream movies off our laptop. Room service knocks hard as soon as it turns 11am. They dont speak English so you have to go to the office to talk to someone. We keep staying here cause its close to everything, a wawa right next to us so we can grab food. It depends which room you get to say the looks. I wish the linens where new.

The people r very polite an they ask u every day if we need anything

The rooms we were in could use a fresh coat of paint and the TV stand was missing a top drawer other then that it was fine. The gentleman in the office when I checked in was really nice and the price was not bad at all considering it was Thanksgiving. We didn't see any bugs at all during our stay and there wasn't people hanging outside yelling like other places we've stayed at. The room had a small fridge in it and there was a microwave in the office that everyone can use 24/7 they also have venting machines so you don't have to worry about going to the store if you want a quick snack. There is a wawa a couple doors down that you could grab anything you might need. I would definitely come back here for the price and the owner being so polite.
