This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked and stayed at. The rooms smell bad. They have roaches and one was directly in front of my door at that. If you can book elsewhere like the next town please do so. I book a lot through Priceline and this is by far the worst

Not recommend! The room was filthy. We booked two nights and tried to cancel the second night to no avail. I am aware of the policy, and it is within their right to not refund the second night. However, it's also within their prerogative to give the refund. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for lodging in the area. You've been warned!

The people here need to learn English, Service animal means service animal. After conflict at the front desk and back and forth, they decided to finally accommodate me. The room was not clean, all along the walls was dirt, small dead bugs, you could tell they didn’t spend much time vacuuming. The chair in the room had white stains all over it to the point I didn’t want to sit in it. The window looking outside had a crack in it. The carpet was stained and the sheets were stained as well. Very strange smell from second floor hallways. If you need a good nights sleep, this is not the place as the train tracks are RIGHT next to it, very loud inside. Do not stay here! Checked in at 10pm via booking app. The sign on the door said construction under way. The Indian/Bangladeshi guy on reception spoke little english and didn’t know about the sign 10ft away. The first room stank of stale cigarette smoke, the next was the same. I opened the window but the hotel is right beside a railway crossing with trains thundering past all night. No bedside lamps so you are fumbling around in the dark to climb into bed. No cups for a glass of water. The attached photo of the reception chair says it all.
