Budget Inn & Suites

Definetly not my best stay somewhere. Lucky I just needed a shower and a place to crash and sleep. Room was 2 full beds. Only one towel in shower, no tissues, toilet paper not on holder because holder didn't even have a bar for the roll. TV has about 6 channels of garbage. Beds were clean, no bed bugs. Barely an outlet in the room for charging phone. Wasn't able to change thermostat to my liking.

The worst experience I have ever had. Charged us $318 for a room that was a disaster. People doing drugs on the streets, so much insects in the halls, inside the room we found cockroaches in the bathroom, inside the drawers, a lot of hairs, dead bugs on the windows, the bathroom was in bad condition, the bathtub was disgusting , we found crumbs inside our bed sheets, we refused to stay one more minute over there. ( we stayed just minutes) but of course we couldn’t have our money back, we book it through booking.com we filled a complaint, they tried to help but the hotel denied the refund not even a partial one. Booking.com was great they gave us some credit apologizing for our experience. I was rushing to leave the place so I forgot to take more pics as evidence. I just took the picture of

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. When we checked in, the first room they gave us had mold on the mattress, holes in the walls, bugs in the corners, and even white dripping stains down the front of the TV. To make it worse, the mattress looked like it had bed bugs—completely unacceptable. We asked for a refund, and instead of honoring that, they offered to show us other rooms. Unbelievably, each one they showed us after was even worse than the last. This place is a health hazard. The New Jersey Health Department needs to shut this place down immediately. To top it off, the hotel refused to give us a refund, even though the rooms were so disgusting we couldn’t stay there. If you value your health and safety, DO NOT stay here.

Avoid at all costs — this place should be SHUT DOWN. This is not just a rundown motel — it’s a public health hazard. We booked a night here last minute and were absolutely horrified by the conditions. The room was filthy, smelled like smoke and mildew, with visible mold, cockroaches, and signs of bed bugs. Sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and we felt completely unsafe. I am a roots person and I am use to sleep in weird places, this is another level. The entire property reeks of neglect and poses a serious hygiene and safety risk. Don’t just take my word for it — read the other reviews and look at the photos. I don’t know how this place is still in business. This motel should be investigated and shut down by the Health Department. Total disgrace to the area!!
