Budget Inn

If you just see this little motel from the road, you might assume it’s some rundown fleabag. Not the case at all! Yeah, the sign out front is a little old and weathered, but my wife and I stopped here for the night because we were just hoping for a cheap room while driving across country. The rooms are very nice! Ours was very clean and spacious and smelled nice. It seems like they may have recently remodeled. The hot water in the bathroom left a little to be desired, but that’s a small quibble. This is a very decent hotel, with good prices for a room for a night.

Like one person said, was on a trip from Indy to Fla. I was tired and needed rest. The place was a little dated but clean and no bugs 👍 Was cheap and staff super friendly. I recommend Budget in if all you need is a clean room with a bed and shower

Stayed at this place many years ago, right as they were starting the renovations. The owners/operators were very friendly and as I was a single woman on my own made sure that I was close to the office, and that I was safe. My room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed at the time.

Horrible! We became locked inside the room because the deadbolt quit working. We tried to call the front desk to get help it stayed busy. We ended up having to call 911 to get help . The owner was laughing. The bathroom window was broken and covered with a towel. The tv did not work and the heat was a joke. We were given another room. No refund After checking the door we settled in. And looked up only to see black mold on the ceiling. Please don't stay here. It's a safety hazard.

I stayed there on the 23 & 24 of November 2019. The only thing this place was missing was a chalked outline of a body on the floor . The Hot water heater was broken so NO HOT WATER as confirmed by the staff . It would of been nice for the little hermit that owns the place to say something about it but Apparently it had been broken for a while . Please see the photos attached . Steer clear of this disaster..
