Budget Inn

Went to check in and they had put someone else in my room! I purchased the room on Sunday but I they knew I wasn’t checking in til Monday and I came to the room on Monday night and someone else was staying in the room! Someone could’ve gotten hurt by us walking into the room! They wouldn’t fully refund my money and they were very disrespectful to me and told me to get me a lawyer so what and they wasn’t refunding my full refund! I paid 400.00 and they only gave 200.00! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! I wouldn’t dare stay here, they are terrible!

It is really better than most of the other Budget Inns i have seen in that the cable channel selection is great however the Wi-Fi is If and Andy here now & gone later. And if they would bleach or peroxide the bathroom tile it would be great... And the choice to use a microwave would make it nicer. However there is plenty of food selection nearby to make up for it....

The towels was dirty, fly's everywhere, and the sheets was stained and holes everywhere. When I asked for new towels and bath towels I was told the manager was coming from Charlotte tomorrow I had to wait. My advice is never stay here at all when you see it go the other way.

They don't have a microwave to heat up food and most of the time I was there they didn't have running water due to water lines. Btw watch out for fungus in the showers/tubs

The woman that claims to be the manager is the rudest most ignorant un professional person alive! Did it ever occur to you people are paying you for a service so you should bend over backwards to serve them! This is a nasty unkept sespool NEVER STAY HERE I wanted to give it zero stars but had to choose a star to post this,just know I give it a negative 100,000!!!
