This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The only good thing about my experience was clean sheets. The air conditioner had the cord dry walled inside the wall. The shower leaked into the closet and our room flooded. We couldn’t open the window because there was no screen. Our door didn’t lock properly and at the end of our stay I discovered what I believe to be a camera on the television. Very uncomfortable stay! Travelers beware.
The room is nice, brand new beds, floors and bathroom tiles recently renovated and brand new roof on the building and the people are very nice and helpful... And I enjoyed my stay there... And I checked the Other Hotel in Fairfield IL and it wasn't very clean... So I'm glad I got a room at Budget Inn, Fairfield IL and I Highly Recommend this Hotel for a Better stay for comfort and the price 😎
There's a review saying that there's a camera on the TV's.... That is not true because that is a Sensor for the Remote for Direct TV, if that is Disconnected then you will not be able to change the channels on the Direct TV box lmao!!!! And for the water leak it was fixed, a pipe broke from the room next to it and the owner immediately shut the water off until it was fixed!!!! And where the AC'S are they sit in a Window and the cords run out the back and plug in an outlet outside of it and yes the windows are covered up closely with Drywall !!!! And the place is Bug Free , the Owner makes sure of that!!!!
First room I was put in was filthy. Several live and dead roaches. Some of the carpet was wet from a water leak. And had mold. I was then moved to a different room. That room also had roaches. And the sheets and pillows were nasty. Never again will I ever be back.
Definitely not clean this is just a couple pictures and for $100 a night it's sickening but we are stuck until the car is fixed 😕 bathroom sink flooded the bathroom because the pipe is busted toilet doesn't flush water running down our wall from upstairs air barely works stinks like filth and mold no washer I definitely do not recommend
