Budget Inn

It was a nice & clean experience. The owners were caring of my situation & were willing to work with me.

Checked-in after 10P and was told earlier to ring the bell and someone would come out and check me in. There was no problem with that at all. The first floor was 3 stairs up and down the hall. I went in my room and found everything in order, there was shampoo, soap as far as amenities went that was about it. There was a microwave and fridge and the bed was comfortable. The HVAC worked fine although it was kinda noisy. The hallway was noisy with folks yelling into the night. Little overpriced I thought.

Roaches in the room was locked out of my room for over 2 hours no management whatsoever in this motel very sad do better😡 I do not recommend!!...

We had to come down to Cedar Bluff for a death in the family. We only stayed 1 night and let me just say this place is disgusting! They didn’t even plow the parking lot or shovel anything. Nowhere for me to take my little dog to pee and I almost broke my neck coming in to the place. The room was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone 30.00 pet fee and no nice amenities, I had to ask for a blow dryer which she demanded I return asap. Ugh. I won’t give it even 1 star. Totally disgusting 😡😡😡🤬🤬

At first I was worried due to the stay at budget in in Milam tn. But once we checked in and got to room I was impressed. The owner and her work was very respectful and nice. It's quiet and she allowed us to BBQ and play music as long as we kept it at a low. Room was cleaned daily and you'll always be welcomed with a smile as you come in from work or whatever your purpose is there. If you need anything both of them are always there to assist you. Miss Jane and Monica are very great people and I'd most definitely stay there anytime im.in the area. Thank yall for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.
