Budget Inn

This was a spotlessly clean motel room! One of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The bed was firm and comfortable. The water in the shower was very hot. Loved it! The room was large with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and large screen satellite TV. The lady running it was extremely nice. It was so very quiet out in the desert it was peaceful. A place to stay when you want to de-compress and find serenity.

Showed up late and the Front desk lady was very sweet and understanding. However, after paying $115 for one night we will never return. The room is very grimey. Stained sheets. We are Very disappointed. (Room 7) I advise you keep on going to the next town. Or camp.

The lady working was as sweet as can be. Very hospitable. The room was not. A/C was not adequate to cool the room. The windows and floorboards were disgusting the fridge wasn't plugged in and smelled like hell. While the bedding appeared to be clean after seeing the rest of the room I wouldn't sleep there. Got a quick shower and moved on. Real Bates motel vibe.

Very quant, clean, comfortable bed, it could use 4 pillows instead of two, friendly staff, we had a pizza delivered that was recommended by the lady at the front desk, great pizza!! The air conditioning worked really well, better than most expensive hotels. We actually had to turn it to low , and we’re from the beach we’re used to cool temperatures. Some minor touch ups in the rooms would really make this little place shine. The walls are in good shape, bathroom tile is good, the building seems really solid. You don’t hear anything from outside the room. There is a train that goes by but the sound doesn’t bother you. I didn’t see any coach roaches very clean. No stale smell like a lot of hotels, my nose is very sensitive to smell. I would stay here again no problem and I probably will ov

All in all it was good. Nice change to only have a shower and not a bathtub. The only bad thing was that it did not have a mandated smoke alarm in the room. It was like a guest stole it off the ceiling.
