Budget 7 Motel

This place is located conveniently as soon as you start to enter town from the main highway that comes from Hobbs. It is decent considering the price and that there are no laundry facilities. The only complaint is that the owner and his employees enter your room every day regardless if you want it cleaned or not and they turn your AC off as well.

Nasty! This place has no cleaning crew, and the rooms were untouched. The bathroom was just gross! The shower looked as if someone threw up in it and I had to buy bleach to clean it. GROSS! I had to clean the room myself.

I liked the owner/manager, but I didn't care for the room. It wasn't as clean as it could have been, fridge didn't work, no ice machine on property, no coffee in room, no breakfast of any kind. I like to stay where they have some amenities to offer. Beds were ok, pillows were ok as well. It was ok for the one night I needed but I won't be staying there again

Very horrible customer service. Room looked like the worse tore down trap spot there could be. The owners were ok at first until our truck got stolen. Then they got in a fight and so requested everyone to leave. Even after we were able to get payment. Smh .. how disappointing. Definitely needs to be looked at. Saddest part is they just don't care and you can tell. But very generous when it comes to kicking ppl out you get a grocery cart and sent on your way after they threaten to call the cops on you continuously. Oh btw we had a few different times of staying they never went in and cleaned the room. Sadly we were put the same room each time. No working ac or heat. No microwave. Blood stained sheets. On the bright side they ain't got a set price. One nights free next night... Leave!!!! Goo

A great convenience for me and my parents for this last minute trip for the Lea County Fair. The room was clean, comfortable beds. And the owner is very friendly
