Bucktail Lodge Airbnb/VRBO

Great weekend away with the family. Bucktail Lodge is a cozy property about 30 minutes from State College. Owners had everything ready to go upon our arrival and readily available if needed. There is plenty of sleeping for up to 10 people with 2 and a half baths. There is no full oven in the kitchen. However, there is a toaster oven and two hot plates, which should not be an issue if you plan your meals accordingly. There is also a fire pit (need to supply yourown firewood) and a grill for cooking out, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our off-season stay and will keep this place in mind for future trips to the area. Perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family! The place is very nicely decorated, clean and has plenty of room to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft, 2 and 1/2 baths. Rachel is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions and requests. Great location for a relaxing getaway or for Penn State football game weekend ends!

Beautiful Air B and B in a rural setting. Stream runs beside the property. We had about 11 people with us including children and there was enough room for all of us. Well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Could have used a kettle. And we couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. But beautiful and economical when the cost is spread widely as it was.

The place was very roomy and comfortable. Our host was also great and made breakfast for us in the morning. My experience was amazing.

Host was amazing. She cooked and cleaned for our group and was very courteous. Place was spacious and comfortable to sleep in.
