Buckboard Inn

Granted the rooms need a lil upgrade of at least the beds. But I will say they have an actual blanket and even though old comforter it's there. Took a long while to heat up the room and with below freezing temps. But I was so thankful to get a room so very glad they had a room. Water pressure was good plus didn't take long to heat up either. At first we thought the a/c was the heater too like most places but it wasn't, took us a min to figure out where the control was to even turn heater on. It was clean, which we was glad. They do have a fridge which ya gotta plug in then wait for it to get cold. They also have a microwave. We slept ok but bed wasn't really comfortable and low to floor. Quite for most part other then what sounded like the upstairs stomping all night and morning!!!

The person at the front desk clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of “hospitality”: not a smile, no “thank you” or “goodbye” when I left. The furniture in the room is old. The bathtub wasn’t very clean, and there was hair in the sink. No coffee machine. It’s extremely overpriced for such a rundown hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing more. I do not recommend this place.

I walked in and there was a pile of poop on the rug, then i walked in the bathroom and there period blood all over the floor, there was from the celing. There were hundreds of little bugs on the bed

The front desk lady is so very rude and uninterested in anything to do with her job.. She would not refund our money after we had to change plans and she charged just about 1000.00 for a 1 queen bedroom for a week but charged my Co worker reserved 2 rooms 1 single and a double and charged them 1800.00 for a whole month.. she states she will not refund my money back. Going to have to dispute this charge with my bank. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The manager is rude, rooms are half decent ill will give them that. I had one of my buddies check out of one of the rooms and she had a smile on her face then I go and tell her I need to extent a stay of a room. Then goes back to a smug face, and keep in mind I am a Hispanic and my buddy is Native American.
