Bubly Tahoe Tubing

We were in a very dangerous situation. Our car got stuck in the snow and completely stopped. We tried everything - using a tow strap, pushing the car - nothing worked. There was a child in the car who was getting cold, and we needed help as quickly as possible. We went to the Bubly Tahoe Tubing staff / rescue team and politely asked for a shovel because we urgently needed it to dig the car out. We explained that there was a child in the vehicle. They ignored us and refused to help, saying they could not and would not assist. We saw a shovel nearby and, due to the emergency and concern for our child, we took it with the full intention of returning it immediately after freeing the car. Any parent would do everything possible to protect their child in such a situation. Instead of helping,

Understaffed, long lines, chaos as everyone tries to push to the front - sort of free for all at the top. Hard to explain to your kids that they should respect others and line up when all the other adults are pushing to the front. The stuff is nice but but it was massively understaffed. One person managing the lanes at the top - no way they could control the hoards of people. Maybe if they bothered with some additional infrastructure/cones/etc. To make matters worse they only opened 4 of the 6 lanes at the top, but still allowed so many people in that there wasnt enough space at the top to line up. For 80$ per head that is ridiculous. In a 90minute session you can probably go down 6 times. Highly recommend you avoid this, massive waste of time and money.
