The reservation process on the BrookwoodInnBranson website was easy, and the location, rate, brochure racks in the common areas, and parking on the pool side were all great. |The room was quiet, clean and spacious, with convenient lighting, electrical outlets and a mirror. The air quality was fair, though humid, and the window did not open, but opening the door to the outside allowed in fresh air, and the bathroom exhaust fan helped. The AC and heat worked fine. The bed was firm and comfortable, the desk and armchair were comfortable, the vanity counter spacious, and the shower was pleasant. As another reviewer mentioned, the carpeting is showing its age in corners and spots. |The breakfast was convenient and good. The 9 - 11 PM dessert bar was a welcome treat, with two kinds of hot fruit

The room is very cozy and convenient. Leigh at the front desk has been extremely helpful and courteous. She's a huge asset to this place =) The location is perfect. It's close to a lot, but it's not overwhelmingly right in the middle of it all with the noise. This motel is very well kept and loved. It has a small sweet resident dog that loves everyone. The complimentary breakfast is a plus, but around 9 pm they have homemade cookies and locally made ice cream cups. It's really like being home at my grandma's all over again with the cookies and decor. You can tell how well cared for the motel is. If we get a chance to come back again this is the place I would stay.

The breakfast and evening desserts between 9-11pm was 5 star. The room was clean and in good repair except the tub grab bar came out. Towels, personal care items and coffee items were plentiful. Beds were neatly made and garbage emptied when returned to our room. Room had an updated modern feeling. As did the lobby/dining area. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Positive: The breakfast and dessert in the evenings. The pool was clean and accessible most times. There was seating in the lobby which was nice. Negative: You get what you pay for. We did get a very good rate. That said, we knew what to expect. It could use some upgrades overall but the location was great!

Very clean. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good, hot breakfast. Great water pressure. Sink drain went down as it should. I know the last two are kind of random, but they are not necessarily things you get at most hotels.
