Brook Trout Inn

Very positive things about this bed and breakfast. I’ve been traveling on business to this area since mid summer ‘25 and I’ve been staying here regularly. In addition to the always clean and comfortable rooms and practical amenities (24 hour access to the common area/ kitchen which includes plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting areas and fireplace) it’s Julie and her always accommodating staff that have made the Brook Trout Inn my go to spot when staying in the area. While all my stays have so far been business related, I’m looking forward to bringing my family for a leisure stay after we get through the holidays.

This was a very nice experience. It is a boutique motel. Julie, showed us a couple of rooms so we could pick the one we liked best, never had that at a corporate motel. We stayed in a suite, separate bedroom with a nice seating area. They cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon. Brook trout inn is intimate experience. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

For me it's usually easy to leave a good review but when a mini vacation turns into something I would have never dreamed of I'm at a loss for words. To say the owner of this beautiful place is absolutely phenomenal would be an understatement. Julie made me and my wife feel like we were supposed to be there and welcomed us like we were old friends. The beauty of this place is something to behold and the tranquility of the atmosphere around it was just as amazing. I haven't slept much lately due to a knee injury but for some reason or another I slept like a baby. The cleanliness of our room was outstanding. Our stay was as heartwarming and welcomed as anyone could expect. The lady who was there when Julie wasn't was just as heartwarming as the owner. Her kindness was absolutely appreciated a

Thank you Brook Trout Inn for the best stay! Everyone should go here. Its in the mountains in NC, precious little cottages, super homey lobby. Every morning they personally make you breakfast, there's tons of food there for you to make for yourself, plus coffee and juice, etc. The entire set up is so comforting and beautiful. You can bring your dogs and there's lots of space for them to walk. The room was amazing, the bed was so comfy, there's a noise machine for sleeping, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the shower wall like at hotels, etc. It was like being home. Julie is so sweet and made sure everything was perfect. We love it!!! 🥰

Brook Trout Inn is a beautiful place to stay. We stayed one night while hiking two days in the area, and our stay was comfortable and refreshing. The owner Julie made us feel welcome, the grounds of this inn are beautifully landscaped, and the main lobby is cozy and comfortable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place to rest after a long day of hiking. Brook Trout Inn is a great place to stay if you are exploring the Highlands, Cashiers, Sapphire, and Brevard areas. I highly recommend staying at Brook Trout Inn while vacationing in the mountains.
