Brook Road Inn

We reserved three rooms when we attended a family member's wedding over the summer. It was perfect for what we needed! It's a great deal and the rooms were very clean and taken well care of. They didn't offer breakfast, but this was understandable due to Covid restrictions. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a tour around the entire property. A great spot to rest your legs, mind, and eyes! I would describe it as a a quaint and quiet aesthetic, wrapped in a humble exterior. The management has done wonders, and was surprised by some of its newer-technology offerings, like electronic check-in, mini-splits, and fiber internet!

Refused to return multiple calls, texts, and voicemails. Absolutely zero customer service or assistance. Even the answering service was unable to help since they couldn't get anyone either. I had booked an overnight for my Uncle's memorial service. Unfortunately several people in the house were sick and we were not able to go. Multiple family members at the service were elderly so going was not an option. It has been now over a week and still have not heard anything from Kayla who is apparently the property manager?? Very disappointed as other reviews painted this particular property as customer service friendly

Nice college dorm meets ski lodge. Soft beds of death. Cross public hallways to your bathroom. Interesting place. Affordable. Won't be back if I care about my back.

Beautiful location near the lake and ski resort. It's a neat old boarding house that is comfy and inviting. Rooms are small and many have their own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and fridge. The common areas include a family room and plenty of tables to eat at.
