Five stars ⭐️ This week we had the pleasure of having lunch at Mare at AKA Brickell Hotel, and the experience was simply outstanding. From the moment you arrive, it’s impossible not to be impressed by the spectacular bay views — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The restaurant’s décor is elegant and beautifully designed, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. However, what truly makes the difference — the real added value — is the personalized attention and exceptional service. A true 5-out-of-5 experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed. Every staff member was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. What stood out most during our stay was the valet team, they consistently greeted us promptly, retrieved the car quickly, assisted with doors, and handled luggage with ease. Eduardo, in particular, provided exceptional service!!! He was always smiling, professional, and thoughtful, even offering bottled water as we departed

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant area at AKA Hotel was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was inviting and well organized, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Leandro and Luis were excellent — attentive, professional, and very friendly throughout our time there. Service was smooth and consistent, and they made sure everything was taken care of without needing to ask. Kim, the hostess, was welcoming from the moment we arrived and did a great job setting the tone for the restaurant. Her warmth and efficiency made a strong first impression. Everything felt well managed, and the service really stood out. I’d definitely return and recommend it.

My experience with the hotel restaurant was extremely disappointing for a hotel of this category. On two consecutive days — March 7, 2026 and March 8, 2026 — I arrived about 10–15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant (10:30 PM one day and 10:00 PM the next) and was not allowed to be seated by the hostess, who said the kitchen had already closed. However, this information is not communicated to guests anywhere. In other words, the hotel advertises certain restaurant hours, but in practice the service ends well before that. At the same time, guests who are already seated are not asked to leave at the posted closing time, which makes the situation even more inconsistent.
