Granted the front counter staff was welcoming, and that’s that.||The room floor was so dirty , we kept our shoes on the entire time. The door locks are not in the best conditions and there was a 1/4” gap at the bottom of the room door that you could see light coming in, as well as bugs. The surface of the fridge and table felt greasy. Luckily we have a white noise machine that drowned out all outside noise as the room is not well insulated. I would not stay again nor recommend.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very spacious. Loved the shampoo, body wash and conditioner bottles. Had access to the heat, was a cold rainy day. The pub was great. Food was very good! Cassidy and christen were great waitresses. Loved the location. Only 2 miles from the hospital, had a sick aunt. Parking was no problem. Continental breakfast consisted of kids cereal, fruit and cold coffee. That was really the only downfall. Would definitely stay here again. Price of the room was very high, found out later there was a country singer that was performing causing the price hike.

Hello my wife, my sister and I were in town last night for the Def Leppard concert. We traveled from Lewiston Maine. We checked in left immediately. We got back from the concert got ready for bed and had a cockroack crawl across the wall. We were visibly upset, so we got up and started inspecting, and there was a dead one laying in the bed with us. I went in and spoke with the person working. He refused to refund us and transferred us to another room at that point I was unwilling to stay there because it’s disgusting and then called the manager today who was unwilling to even work with me on refunding my money considering I had to drive home Two hours last night after renting a room there that I should’ve been able to stay in I have videos and I will be sending them to the health inspector

Room was small for 4 people. Only two towels in a double room?? No coffee pot, ironing board or hairdryer….seriously? Restaurant has good food but got shut off after one drink! Who does that. Not very accommodating.

We always stay here in November and December when we visit my husbands family with our two French Bulldogs. Over the years they definitely have upgraded the rooms. We love that there is a Fridge and a Microwave. They provide Paya Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel which was excellent quality. The shower is hot and the pressure is good. There are hair dryers, you just need to ask the front desk. Front desk staff this past couple years have been top notch. They are sooo friendly! The coffee is the lobby is even good! Thanks for our awesome stay over Thanksgiving and see you this Christmas!
