Excellent service. Rooms are cleaned often. It’s a family owned facility. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any issues. I stayed there for awhile and never had any issues. Rooms are sprayed for bugs regularly, so I never had an issues with pests. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. The cleanest towels looks like bran new towels and sheets. If something break they immediately fix it. Very very clean and quiet and very affordable with nice big screen TV fridge and microwave. No bugs very clean. All workers very nice and greet you with a smile.

much better than the majority of the places in this area. very friendly lady in the office, she and her son are professional and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable in my room and had everything I needed. The room is clean , especially the floors and looks recently renovated. convenient location to everything, price is on par for this area. room has frat-fridge and microwave but honestly this is preferable to some of the places with kitchenettes because it looks well tended to. publix and plenty of restaurants nearby make it easier for short stays without the kitchen. I agree with the review that said she wished she checked in to this place sooner.
