Branson Victorian Inn

If you're looking for a nice relaxing place to stay, do not stay at this place. There are no plugins in the wall. We had no towels the road noise. Because it is right on the main strip. You cannot sleep at night. And the night manager will walk right into your room.

All of the bed sheets and pillow cases were all stained. There was hair under the blankets. We immediately went to the office building and asked for our refund and we were charged 25 dollars per room for cancelation. We stayed after for a while and the cleaning lady went up to the rooms and waited for her to come out and she only changed 1 out of the 3 rooms sheets. We did receive our refund but I would recommend just using a different Inn/hotel.

First of all, there is no one in the office. There is a sign on the door with a number to call to check in. Apparently, the same group is managing the Stratford House next door, as that is where the attendant came from. The pictures shown on this site in no way resemble the room we had. It was about as basic as you can get. There's no door to the bathroom. There was no clothes rod, only a shelf. The mirror above the sink is only useful for anyone over 6 ft. tall. The floor was dirty. That breakfast area in the pictures - nope - coffee, honey buns and dunkin sticks in a basket next door. When we returned back to the room on our second day, there had been no service - only fresh towels left. It appears they may be doing some much needed renovations. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We paid for three non smoking rooms, got to the rooms, one of them was smoked in heavily, the other two had dirty sheets, bugs, stains in both bathtubs, etc. We returned to the desk to get a refund but since we took more than 15 minutes they said it would be a $25 charge per room to “replace the sheets” by the time our card was charged to the time we got back to the office was 11 minutes. These people are scammers.

we were put in one room that smelled like an ashtray. moved to room next door. handle on faucet fell off, picture frame above our bed was broke and shower looked nasty! complained to cleaning man since manager was gone. place is gross!!
