Branson Vacation Inn & Suites

The guys were very happy with their stay. Super convenient location and lowest price. The host should review her guests on Airbnb, but she has never left them any review. It felt like laziness or lack of care. The girls freaked out feeling very unsafe because the host has never changed their door codes, each of which is just the street number plus the room number. She gave a new door code upon request but both the old and new still worked. Any previous guest can simply walk in. The cleaner tried to help with the safety issue, which was much appreciated. There was mold on the shower curtain. There were poop stains at the back of and inside the toilet and the girls had to clean before using it. There were stains in the sink. The hair dryer was very dirty. There were a couple of blood stains

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Floors are dirty. Bathroom vent reeks of cigarettes. I’m beyond livid. We got here around 10. No one checks you in. There’s no where to go to get this rectified. Beds have one set of sheets and a small mattress pad. There’s still things in a drawer from the previous occupant.

You really can’t beat it for the price! My room was spotless and came with thoughtful touches like a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a small table and chair—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The sheets were fresh, everything smelled nice, and it was clear the caretakers take pride in keeping things tidy. The family I’ve seen around (I imagine they run the place) have been friendly, welcoming, and respectful of privacy—not nosy at all. I rented a room thru airbnb for 4 months. They do not open the office so it is the only way to get a room. The room was so disgusting!!! Airbnb does not have an option to upload photos so I am reviewing them on here as well for everyone to see. After a long drive, i had to go buy cleaning supplies and spend 2 hrs cleaning before we could stay. Fridge knob was broke on max temp. Then had to go buy needlenose plyers to be able to use it. Shower head touched my 5'6" head. She said I could get mail, but failed to mention no one ran the office to sign for packages so my daughters home schooling supplies were returned. Remodeled! Clean, beds were comfy! Had three kids with us and they enjoyed the room, new t.vs so we where able to hook up the PlayStation so they could watch a movie at night! Microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool was not open, they probably won’t! Under new owners! I will stay again if I had to!
