Branson Towers Hotel

Positive: "" Negative: Room was dusty when we arrived. The hot breakfast was very disappointing.

The hotel is big and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was mostly clean. There was some stain on the window curtain and the tub handle had mold under it. These are easy fixes and I let the staff know. She said she would get maintenance on it. Biggest complaint was the bed was so hard! There wasn’t a lot of light in the room. There could have been a couch or different chairs in the room. The tv would not turn channels very easily but as long as your patient you can get to a few good channels. The bed to me was clean and looked new but hard as a brick. My back was locked up all weekend. The pool says it’s indoor and it is but BE AWARE it is not heated! This was a small letdown for us. Overall it was a good stay besides the hard bed.

A pretty decent place. Big downer is that we stayed for two nights and, despite attempting to arrange it, we never received housekeeping service. My wife and I go out of the way to straighten out the room and to tell the front desk when we're gone so housekeeping has a good time to know when they can do our room. We provided a generous 6 hour window of time on Saturday and they never came to clean it. (Pool and WiFi are good here though.) Just don't expect any housekeeping.

The hotel itself is fine, nothing amazing but pretty clean and we had a spacious room for our family. The staff I interacted with were very nice. My frustration is due to the fact that during our stay the hot water was out. I called the front desk to let them know and they informed me that maintenance would be up shortly. I quickly made everyone in my room get up and out of bed for decency, and then maintenance never came. Eventually I gave up on a shower. I later found out it was a known issue that the hot water was out so I'm not sure why the front desk told me this about maintenance coming up. I asked the front desk if there would compensation due to the hot water being out and she said they would be in touch once she spoke with management. They never got in touch with me. Final

Can I give 4.5 stars? We love this place, this was our second visit. The rooms are always spacious, and the pool house is large. I only wish they'd crank the heat up on the hot tub a little, and we didn't read the fine print about breakfast... The first time we came, the breakfast was amazing with so many hot food choices as well as continental choices. This time there were only continental choices, i.e. packaged granola bars. We were so disappointed. I get it's the off season, but they looked like they had plenty of visitors in their hotel to provide a hot breakfast still, maybe at least on weekends? We may go somewhere else next time for a hotter hot tub, but you really cant best the spaciousness, cleanliness and fun things to do here.
