It is a timeshare with high maintenance fees. My family and I were invited for the weekend so we took outlr camper and had a good time.Nice campers onsite and staff was friendly.Indoor pool and kids and fun. And then the sales pitch in the last day. We had a decent time during the sales pitch,all about the membership,membership,membership.And then discover it actually is a timeshare. For the reviews that say this is not a timeshare, it is a Timeshare!A $1400 down payment and then a very high interest loan for your monthly payments. AND $725 maintenance fees that you get to enjoy for your membership. After multiple calls I was told that my membership is canceled and down payment is forfeit. RV Size: 46-foot Fifth Wheel and Long bed Dually||I booked a stay at Branson Ridge RV Resort, which was provided free with the purchase of my RV. Given that I live six hours away and own a very large 46-foot fifth wheel, I made my requirements clear from the start: I needed a large, easily maneuverable spot. I even called the resort three days prior to arrival to confirm they had a suitable site reserved for us, and I was assured they did.||This assurance proved false. Recently bought a camper and got a free 21 night stay package here. We did have to do a presentation on packages for membership with Ocean Canyon Resorts; we were told this in advance and it is not a timeshare! It probably last 2 hours; Chaney was wonderful, kind, patient and very informative. My husband and myself have never been through one of these things before and Chaney made it fun and stress free! She and the staff helped keep our 3 year entertained and provided us with whatever snacks we could ever need! You can tell they really love their campsite and believe in the benefits and advantages of the camping packages! They were excellent prices just not what we are looking for in this current stage of our lives! The rv park is very clean and a nice size! They also have many amenities

Over all it's a great place to stay. Most of the staff were amazing, super friendly, and when my husband had to go to the hospital and I couldn't drive, a manager took me to get him after 11pm. But some staff would wave at a guy in a sports car and ignore others. The men can use a reminder to be friendly. And one of the men likes to stare at the girls in the pool.

Place looks very good and staff was very friendly. Very nice campground to bring family, really close to Silver dollar city. Lots of cool places to hang out at.
