Neat and clean, spacious with room to sprawl if desired for games or family dinners. Everything is labeled, cabinets and the bedrooms which are numbered above the door. Easy to find what you need. Really nice gas fireplace to enjoy with morning coffee or to wind down the evening after a long day shopping or visiting the caverns. The house has a massive deck for morning or evening coffee/tra and small talk. All appliances appear to be newer and worked as expected including the washer and dryer. The owner is very responsive, probably the best we have ever dealt with. Minor little things wete dealt with quickly. Only downside in (2025) is construction is still happening during the week all around you.
