We have been going to Bethany Beach for 60 years and Brandywine House at Sea Colony for 51 years! We started with our family of 8 (when I was 9) and now rent 4 units for our family of 20 people! 4 generations! Sea Colony is the best! Our main unit is 610 which is a 3 bedroom with a corner balcony. Our home away from home.
Sea Colony... This is right on the beach and there is no beating the location. Plenty of pools w lifeguards and the beach has lifeguards too. Bicycle and walking friendly community.
We go every year & we love it. It's just after labor day & we are some if the very few people there but it's lovely.
Great location, some areas (like stairs or the garage) a bit dirty but otherwise a great place for staying at the beach.
This is our favorite beach vacation spot. Sea Colony is just the BEST.
