Brandon’s Place

Brandon's Place is incredible. If you need a place to stay in Waukoma this is it! It has all the amenities you would need for an enjoyable time in this wonderful town. The rooms are immaculate and had ample places to sleep. We went for a girls weekend and hung out with some locals. Great time and the host Conrad was easy to get ahold of when we locked ourselves out. Great guy! 10/10 would stay there again!

Brandon’s place was the perfect Iowa stay. Super clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The location was easy to find, the bed was comfortable, and the whole space felt well-kept and welcoming. Brandon was quick to communicate and made check-in effortless. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Brandon’s place is the place to stay when visiting beautiful NE IA! Conrad was an excellent host and a great communicator. I’d recommend a stay at Brandon’s place to almost all my friends and family.

Conrad is a great host and Brandon's Place is a great place to stay. There are a lot of "little things" that made our visit even better, like USB ports available for phone charging and kuerig for coffee and tea. If time allows, the Alpha Tap is a great place nearby for dinner and a cocktail.

Had a great time at Brandon’s Place! The communication was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. This AirBnB style home was very tidy and well equipped with things you may need. A good bed and a nice bathroom - with cozy living areas for entertainment. Location is perfect for an escape by yourself, with friends, or with the whole family. Host, Conrad, recommends the infamous restaurant of Alpha Tap for a great meal. They have the most amazing Prime Rib on Saturday nights! Thanks Conrad and Brandon’s Place for such a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend staying there!
