Amazing location & everything was included in the house rental such as plates, silverware. Bathroom, necessities, including towels, and wash clothes. There was even a Keurig. The owner is amazing he is kind & Accommodating. The Pocahontas trail is minutes away. I hope we are able to stay here again in Aug 2024. Thanks so much

The new owner of this place is awesome! Very understanding and accommodating. I booked a room last minute for my group for a spontaneous weekend and a issue came up with two four wheelers (over heating smh) and our friend/guide had a family emergency. So he refunded me in full! The rule is no refunds without 2 weeks notice. He didn’t even hesitate! I haven’t been up there yet but I will be staying there ANYTIME I come up there. Thank you so much for not taking my money. This place has good business ethics. If he is like this from afar I can imagine how great the actual stay is going to be. Thanks guys I will see you soon!

Great place to stay! We stayed in room 1. It had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend and was very clean and well stocked. It was 1 of the cheaper places available to rent so I was skeptical but my doubts went away when we went in. The owner and manager were both available for any issues that we may have had. It’s next door to the gas station and food and a 1/4 mile to trail 10. Would definitely recommend.

Nice little place to stay. Right next to the gas station and just down the road from Pocahontas trailhead. Price was good. We started in the 8 person rooms. There is not much space for 8 people to do anything other than sleep. There was a gas grill to use and a fire pit. There was a hose to clean off your ATV.

The owner of this property helped me out extremely late at night. I didnt book until nearly 930pm. We showed up at near midnight. Someone even had to come out that late in order to make sure the room was squared away. We just wanted to ride for a few hours the next day on the way home from being a new at out of state. Fantastic location. Affordable and everything you will need
