A friend lives there. Only drawback is there is no mailbox use. I'm sure management could put in the posts to place a mailbox. The tenant could buy their own box for mail.
Nice and clean little rv park. Very neighborly. The owners are committed to keeping the park quiet, clean and welcoming.
