Boxboro Regency

Great place to stay for the price. Guest services are super nice and helpful. Nice pool area. Not a super busy place. Rooms are decent - not dirty, don't smell bad, quiet sleeping area. No in room coffee but coffee in the lobby. Restaurant attached was good - decent food. Waitresses were great. We had a big party in a side room and everyone had a great time. Overall definitely would use this place again on my trip to this area (we traveled to Fitchburg).

Upon check in my room smelled like bleach which never dissipated throughout my one day stay.|I was given a menu for the Minuteman Grill when I checked in, only to find out that the restaurant wasn't even open on Mondays and there was no food or beverage service at all being offered anywhere in the hotel. I had just driven 5 hours and was loathe to have to go out and hunt for food.|I called the front desk on Monday night to pre-order room service for the following morning since I was starving and I was told that they don't allow pre-ordering.|There was a big blood stain on the bed spread.|The only drinkware available in the room were three 6oz plastic cups.|The heater in my room was so loud that it woke me up every time it kicked on. I tried turning it down and off but the room got too cold

The Boxboro Regency is an elegant venue. We attended a comic con here and it was done very well. The hotel layout is beautiful and intuitive. The plants, stones, carpeting, and other décor are intriguing and stunning. The indoor pool area is well-maintained and has a locked gate so that kids don’t accidentally get in. Parking is plentiful, clean, and well-lit. The convention we attended used the space very well. The walkways flowed, the rooms were easy to navigate, and knowing where you needed to be and how to get there was simple. The hotel guests and the convention-goers had plenty of space to maneuver around each other. While we didn’t stay at the hotel itself, the rooms did look really nice and the guests seemed to be having a good time at the pool and common areas. The Boxboro Regen

The food here is EXCELLENT and the facility itself is absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool is great as well. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was as depicted in the photos. This hotel is a GREAT price for the amenities/services they offer! Highly recommend!
