Bowles RV Village/RV Lot Rental Full Hookup

Stayed here for several months due to work. The place is rustic and clean. The owner is wonderful to deal with. I most definitely recommend this site to park in area.

I only give it one star because I can't give any fewer. There's nothing there. It's hard to find. Don't believe the photos. It IS level and there are water & electric...50 amp only (take an adapter if you only have 30) Everything is done by phone. No facilities, not even an office.

I work as a travel nurse and brought my camper here for work. I was set to stay in January/February but I had a mishap with my camper and ultimately had to leave early as the cold was just too cold to handle! We arrived at the camp in the night so it was definitely difficult to navigate - Google Maps wasn't giving direct instruction on where to go as the camp is nestled on a back street in a small little neighborhood. I had seen some of the reviews about the surroundings and they were not false, but I did not have any bad experience there despite the appearance of it. The sites themselves were open and clean. I have a 27" camper and I fit with good space but it was difficult to level and set straight (thankfully I had wiggle room to be angled). The hookups for electric and water were at

Nice atmosphere, pretty view. But the neighbors dogs barked continuously. We arrived at 5 pm and they barked loudly all night long and we’re still barking when we left the next morning. I called the owner twice and asked her to do something and she said there was nothing she could do. I would not recommend staying there if you want to sleep.

No facilities and priced more $$$ than others, considering there's No bathhouse or laundry. Very loud obnoxious dogs barking all night-- every night. Water is Rusty. Gross. Very hard to find or give directions to. Road not suitable for large RVs. Awful service and rude threatening management. Would NEVER recommend.
