Great campsite. The trusses in the pavilion are Bowie knives to match the site's name. We were told there was a veritable legion of feral hogs in the area, so what we were able to do was lean wooden A-frame pallets on the support beams of the pavilion to create an enclosed fortress, and strung our hammocks from the rafters like a ship's galley. The latrine is even non-terrifying.
This campsite inside Worth Ranch has a beautiful pavilion. Camp is well maintained with a latrine and showers in camp. It is close to the river and a great spot when using Worth Ranch for a weekend canoe trip on the Brazos.
