Boulder Oaks Equestrian Campground

Just a heads up they’ve recently raised the price. I ended up speaking with the camp host and she said that the prices were long overdue, it was just never pushed out by the higher ups. It hasn’t been raised in over 3 years. The vault toilets have never been an issue over the last two years here I’ve visited. We do the equestrian camp sites because they’re more spread out and a little more private than the family loop. It’s pretty peaceful and quiet, I’ve really only ever seen two or three site filled at a time

We pulled in here Friday evening and stayed until Monday morning - we loved it. Quiet with crickets at night. Bathrooms are clean and smell clean. Tom&Tammy were the CampHosts and they're fantastic. They recommended Pizzabilities for dinner and we really enjoyed it. We had our Great Dane tied up here and she had plenty of space to frolick and walk around. We will be back.

Very nice place and well maintained! We stayed one night here for a spontaneous camp trip to test out our new tent. There’s nothing to do except the trail so one night was perfect. It’s a quiet area so if you’re looking to just enjoy nature this is a good spot.

Highly recommend this campground! Very cozy. Has water available and basic bathroom. Drive in campsites with picnic tables and fire rings. It gets windy out so prepare if you plan on using a tent. The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is right along the property. It seems to be a very popular trail.

The camp hosts are very nice and sweet people. The bathrooms are clean and the spots are well maintained. Love this campground.
