My most favorite part of my roadtrip was finding a great spot in the dispersed camping area. There are plenty of spots in multiple areas, have to be patient until you find the perfect one for your needs. There are areas that you can find trash left behind others but mostly it's well kept, people have taken care of their stuff.
There are some great views at this campsite up at the top of the hill on the other side if you can get a spot at the very end but usually that's taken as of May 1st. It was pretty campable
Beautiful views. Decent for tent camping and great for car camping. Not much space for RVs/trailers.
Nice views. Terrible place to camp. No privacy and everyone is just staked up on each other. Not many trees. I’m pretty sure there’s at least 4 people living up there.
Id like to give it a 1 star rating and say that the campers are hostile just to keep the trash to a minimum,but in reality 6 stars wouldnt give this place the justice it deserves. Its beauty is breathtaking. Enjoy it, be courteous and leave no trace.
