We stayed here in November 2025. Boomland RV Park & Campground was super easy to find off I-57 near the I-55 junction. After passing the Boomland complex, the large campground sign clearly marks the right turn into the park. The campground operates first come, first served, so campers choose a site in either the 50/30-amp or 30-amp pull-through sections, all with full hookups, with power options clearly marked on numbered site posts. We drove the small campground loop to find a longer pull-through so we would not have to disconnect our 40-foot fifth wheel and F-450 for an overnight stay, and settled on site 20 with 50/30-amp service. The 30-amp section in the center of the campground appeared to have the longest sites overall. After parking and setting up, registration was handled inside t

Five star basics. Don't let the $15 a night price tag scare you away. We've paid four times that price for way less park. It's just meant to get off the road and there are no amenities to speak of. Full hookups, a pond across the street. I've been told to Drive over to Sikeston MO and Lambert’s Cafe. Best fresh rolls. We'll definitely be back on our way through. There were only 5 other people when we stopped, so we were spread out good. On the way out, across from the fireworks store, there was a cute little park that had something to do with the Louisiana Purchase.

We have been here 2 nights as we are waiting for parts for our motorhome. It is an honor system and you get to pick your own site. We are extremely happy here, as in the past, we have paid alot more for alot less. It is full hook-ups with either 30 or 50 amps. There is a nice park across the road with a nice pond. For those reviews complaining about their site, they could have just moved ... not a problem. All for only $15/night. We are a 40' motorhome pulling a car and fit just fine. Last night a 38' motorhome pulling a car did not unhook the car, and they fit just fine.

This small park was very clean. Offering a spacious site, accommodating our 37 foot class A hauling our 20 foot trailer with 30/50 Amp full hook up needs. It is a pay on your honor system ($20) . Grassy, well kept park with no amenities. No bath house, toilets, pool, etc. Just a quiet, safe spot to park overnight. Our third time staying here. Wally's restaurant (a short walk right next door) is a phenomenal place to eat and browse! We look forward to staying there every year!

Very basic spot just off the highway with full hookups with 20/30/50 amp service. For $20 you can't beat this for a cheap overnight stay while traveling.
