BONITA LAKES INN MERIDIAN

I was in Meridian visiting family and booked for 2 days at this place. The lady that checked me in was very nice, but this place is filthy, entering the room it was pine straws and leaves on the floor, holes in the wall, 1 face towels ( I bring my own towels and soap when traveling) fridge didn’t work, Tv didn’t have a stand it was just propped up against the wall, heat barely worked , I so wanted to ask for a but I knew I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through 3rd party, so I used this room as a boarding room for my dog as I booked at another hotel who had a no pet policy. But I will never return or recommend anyone to book here.

I wish I had read the reviews before staying here. They are accurate. |Where do I start…|No toilet paper. No bath towels (more on that later). No trash can. No bed spread (more on that shortly). |Room looks like it wasn’t vacuumed in ages. |When we got bath towels, I’m not sure they were clean. Sticky in spots and stained. Pretty much mesh, too. |The bed? The sheets had SEVERAL cigarette burns. |Why did we stay? I wonder that too. |The room was huge. But even the coat was not worth the condition

Positive: I didn't like anything about this hotel Negative: There was dried poop on the sheets. One of the beds were off the frame and my fiance had to pick up the mattress to put them in the frame. The light in the bathroom was out or broke. The receptionist said the batteries for the remote were all dead.

Unbelievably nastyyyyy and filthyyyy !!! They give whoever they WANT a refund , and they charge different prices if they feel like it !!! The rooms are so disgusting and not well kept at all , and they have the nerve to OVERPRICE people for a room that is completely filthy , 0/10 do not waste your money. And most importantly book ONLINE , cuz if you pay in cash they WILL get over on you

Rooms were your basic hotel room (bed, shower, TV, mini fridge, and microwave). At check in, the guy was really hard to understand, but made it through it. Got in the room and the microwave didn't work. Go to the nice lady the next day to let her know. They got the maintenance guy to grab one from another room but it didn't work either. The beds were decent, rooms were clean enough for expectations for a $300 a week hotel, and driving to anything in town was not a chore. If in town for work and trying to save per diem or travel pay, it's a good place. Staying for vacation and having very high expectations, not the place to go to.
