Customer Reviews
This was a trailer park, now converted to rv park. Easy to fit a big rig in. $25 . Look up bluffviewcampground.com for more info. Hope it doesn't fill up with permanent campers. Update 8/ 18, price $27. Since this was a mobile home park the electric service is at back corner of lot you may need an extra cord and it is a 50 amp hook up only so have an adapter. What little gravel left from old site needs to be moved and extended. Stan the man a great help.
Great place to camp, especially for a cyclist. Right on the Root River paved bike trail. 60 miles of trail in total. CG is in town, so grocery store, hardware, gas stations, restaurants and bars are within 2 blocks. Very convenient. Full hookup, but the power riser has 50-amp and 20-amp sockets. If you have a 30-amp RV, you'll need an adapter. Good quality iron-free water. (If you've camped in Minnesota before, you know that iron is an issue.)
Former MH park converted to RCV Campground. Wide open grassy spot. Lauri was very helpful and accomodating. No amenities. $35. Stayed a week. But super quiet in the evenings. 200' to Root River Bike Trail. Easy Walking (1/2 mile) distance to town. The towns along the trail are great places to visit.Relatively easy car distance to 3 of Laura Ingalls homes. Very enjoyable time.
Quiet, peaceful, right on the bicycle trail, a stones throw from river access and to top it all off the season rates compared to all other campgrouds/RV parks are absolutely phenomenal. Owners are local and awesome people in general. Fast with responses and eager to answer any questions you might have and NO I'm not a family member, friend or paid reviewer. I call it how i see it and you should come check out Bluffview Campground.
Nice clean little campground here in Rushford where I live. However only pass by here on my walk on the recent spring like day he had.
