Blue Way Inn & Suites La Crosse

While traveling from Chicago to Minnesota, we decided to take a break and stay overnight at this motel conveniently located right off the highway. It turned out to be a great decision! The location was perfect for travelers like us — easy on and off the highway without any hassle. The price was the best we found in the area, and the value exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge before getting back on the road. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant, stress-free stop during our trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area looking for comfort at a great price.

We check in on the phone. Upon arrival we get our room. The beds were stained, windows unlocked with no screens. No food service at all just a wall of chips and warm soda. The guy at the desk looked like he just crawled out of bed. Security doors proped open. Up there were drip buckets mold taped up doors. We left. No reimbursement. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.....BEWARE

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will surely visit again!

We checked in at 2am after a long drive, otherwise, we would have not stayed here. It is awful and borderline disgusting. Had to call a phone number to get help (I had called them earlier in the day to tell them we would be getting there late). No one answered the phone, but suddenly someone appeared from behind the desk. Took about 30 mins to check in (They had to call someone else to get the computer to work). Hallways were dirty. Carpeting was torn, tattered, and had visible dirt. Not to mention the gross smell. Went into the room, brand new floors, beds, and TV. And that's where the positives end. The bathroom was disgusting. Permanent stains in the tub. Broken pieces. AND NO TOILET PAPER! We had to go ask for TP! And got attitude from the front desk when we asked for toilet paper! W

Last week, I paid for two nights. I stayed one, found bed bugs, and checked out before 11 AM. Asked for a refund for the day I wasn’t staying, and was told that the team would go over it and determine if I should get one, which is ridiculous. It’s been almost a week. It’s unfortunate that I’m going to have to take legal action for such a low amount, but rest assured that I am. I have attached the photo of the remnant of a bed bug that was killed. And again, I never asked for a refund for the bed bugs, I only asked for the night that I didn’t stay. And I have yet to hear a response, just a snarky, untrue comment on the reviews. Very disappointing, and perhaps local business leaders can help our community with businesses that aren’t operating in the communities best interests.
