This establishment is undeniably a substandard facility. !!Not worth the rental rate!! Neither my family nor I received the room originally booked. The pricing is exorbitant. The gentleman at the front desk provided the poorest customer service, neglecting us, dismissing us verbally, and exhibiting hostility as if he intended to intimidate my family and me. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with rat droppings on the bed and the unit being rented with snot on the wall, inappropriate inscriptions on picture frames, and there was no hand or shower soap. The paintwork and baseboards were in deplorable condition. Upon entry, one observed trash on the couch and floor, as if house keeping swept and pushed aside the debree to the edges. I had to book a room on the fly and this hotel was the only one I could find for a halfway decent price. Before the additional fees that is. ||I suffer from post concussion syndrome and the check in was extremely confusing. ||I filled out forms for parking which is an additional fee and was given a receipt and pass to hang from the mirror. ||I somehow missed the part where I received the parking pass, but nonetheless they had all of my information since I had just filled it out. ||Day 2 and my car is towed. The manager acts truly concerned and said they couldn’t see my pass anywhere in the car, So it had to be towed. Entire original booking agreement lied about. I agree to this room with early check-in agreement included at no charge. Upon arrival at the agreed confirmed time, I was told I couldn't check in at agreed upon time and that I would have to come back to check in in 6 hours and have to pay 35 dollars for "early check-in"...

Every single person on staff was unbelievably RUDE. From checkin to check out I was in the office multiple times for various reasons and every other guest I saw was just unhappy as I was and also dismissed. We paid for parking, still got a parking ticket, and they refused to refund what we paid for their bogus parking pass! The room was GROSS to boot. Trust me, just spend the extra money and go somewhere else. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

This hotel is horrific. We walk in and see stains on the bed. Dirt on the floor, and just overall disgusting. The cleaning staff never came. I have taken pictures because this hotel has left me speechless. Could be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We spent 415$ for 3 nights and I feel robbed. I should have stayed in the street because that would have been cleaner. Not to mention, there were roaches. That my sister made me kill. Please don’t stay here.
