Blue Vista Motor Lodge

Our stay at Blue Vista Motor Lodge was amazing, I am sad our time here was so short! We are Long Island New York natives who snowboard and were visiting Berkshire East Mountain On February 4-5. How I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful mountain view. As nature lovers we couldn’t be more pleased. Our room was on the first level, making it even easier to access our room. We came on a quiet weekend, which was just what we needed. The room was absolutely spotless - not even a cobweb in site. The bed was perfect for decompressing and rest after a long day of snowboarding! We can’t wait to plan our next trip here and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities the property offers. The snow was a surprise; the amount and quickness coupled with the wind made the roads unpassable. Taking the middle of the road, I made it "up the hill" and into the parking lot. Thankful to find the office still open and a warm and welcoming smile to greet me. Although unexpected, the stay was necessary. The room was warm and pleasantly beautiful. The water had good pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The window was expansive and allowed me to experience one of my favorite sunrise spots from a different vantage point. The desk was located in a perfect spot to observe the tranquility of the snowfall and forested mountains outside. This stay was truly necessary and appreciated, if only it were longer. Thank you.

I stayed here with my wife for Valentine's Day after skiing down the road. What a truly magnificent setting. The view!! The room was very nice, and appointed with everything we needed. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic, and with the cold temps and wind whipping - a perfect activity. We will definitely stay again.

Thank you, Blue Vista, for an amazing long weekend. We had so much fun that we had to spend an extra night. Our second visit and we're making it an annual tradition for sure. Rooms are comfy. Provisions at the Canteen are topnotch. S'mores by the fire pit, sledding down the hill and the sauna/hot tub combo make Blue Vista the place to visit. Thanks, and see you soon! An absolute must stay if you are in the area of North Adam / visiting Mass MOCA! We had a wonderful wonderful time. Perched high atop the summit of Mt Whitcomb, the views from the room windows look out over sweeping vistas of wooded mountains! Just stunning. The rooms are spacious with big comfy beds and wide windows that look over the views. The Lodge has a wonderful outdoor hot tub and sauna that overlooks the same stunning views and which we soaked in early in the morning - a beautiful way to start the day. The staff are really really friendly and welcoming and they have all the fixings you need for evening and morning nonperishable snacks (s'more fixings for the big fire pit, crackers and spreads, ramen and Mac and cheese and then oatmeal and milk for breakfast! -- many are locally p
